Well the weekend is past and a new week has begun.
Saturday I went to the local high school here in Mesquite and was able to do my favorite workout that I call Sprints and Stairs. I did a two mile walk/jog and within those laps I ran 4 100 yard all out sprints and ran the bleacher stands 4 times. I felt great to cut loose.
If you look at sprinters they have well cut and lean bodys because the do tons of sprints and lots of weight lifting as well.
Sunday was an off day and honestly I did "fall off the wagon". Although I do consider sundays a bit of a cheat day, sunday was my wife's and my anniversary and we went to a fine restaurant where I ate a ton. Lots of protein but way too much food.
But today I got back on track and ate clean and had a super EVO UPPER BODY workout at a very cool gym here in mesquite nevada.
In fact I highly recommend the EDGE ATHLETIC CLUB here in mesquite. It is a very cool gym that is basic but nice and current in all their equipment. They are also a "Crossfit" Gym...if you don't know what that is then google it. Its an amazing workout program. And the guest fee was only 5 bucks! Well worth it.
This week I have been learning a ton about the caveman diet and EvoBodyBuilding systems. Very cool stuff that I will be sharing. I have been using some parts of this system the last few years with my personal best results. Now I'm putting it all together for my total body transformation. More great info and resources to follow.
Tomorrow is a travel day for me back to utah. I'll update again in the next day or two.
Staying committed and moving forward.
Gery
