Today was a day filled with meetings and distractions.
I managed to stick with my cleanse and low calorie clean diet despite sitting for a two hour meeting in the Timpanogos Harley Davidson store cafe called Marleys. People all around me were eating delicious Fries and Sliders while I sipped on my Ionized Alkaline Water...yum! But I didn't give in!!!
The day zipped by and each time I had set as a plan to get to the gym came and went in a flash until it was 10:45 pm and I was dog tired. But I said to myself, "You're in control...get to the gym and keep your commitment!"
I've done late workouts before and they have always been productive. Tonight's workout was awesome. I completed my "Evo UB" workout, plus one round of my AB routine and 20 minutes of an Interval Recumbant bike ride. Finisned at midnight straight up as the gym closed! YES! Passed the test!
So now I am tired and going to bed!
I'm committed. Are you? Come on and join me...You will feel so much better!
Cheers,
Gery
PS. This morning after 3 days I've lost 6 lbs...2 lbs per day. That pace won't last...I usually hit a plateau at 220. But I'll take it!
Hello Gery,
Just reading your 90 day plan!!!!!!!!
As a professional in the fitnesss and wellness industry I would say there is a better approach to "getting in shape" that is the easy part if you achieve your bodyfat and body weight in 90 days.....the difficult part is how would you look like 2years to 5 years from now?
Maintaining that weightloss involves habitual change.....so why not start with "HABITUAL CHANGES" this way your body will be a result of your IMPROVED HABITS. The siy pack is just SPILLOVER.
Let us talk about fitness wellness selfness JOURNEY not a destination (90 Days IS a destination) and I want you to enjoy the JOURNEY especially the panorama view.
Good habits using your company products and having FUN will ATTRACT more people for your FINANCIAL goals than starving yourself and going to the gym.
Eat to lose weight
to your physical and financial success
