Today I felt great. As of this morning I've lost 5 lbs. My wife told me I didn't snore last night. This is cool!
Today was another cleanse day and a full on Cardio workout! I did 20 minutes of uphill treadmill walking at 4 mph, 20 minutes of an interval recumbant bike ride and 3 sets of 15 ABS workout that consists of Lying Butt Raises, Crunches, Bench knee crunch, Leg lifts using my hanging straps and back/side extensions.
After I relaxed in the steam room and sauna. Felt so great!
